Updating my blog today, seeing this picture, I am taken back to "Over the Rainbow". A ballad by Harold Arlen and Yip Harburg. 

It was written in 1938 for the movie The Wizard of Oz and sung by Judy Garland

The song was also prominently featured in the animated film 9 in 2009
