This was our acquisition towards the end of November 2021.
Lucky I did not screw the meals.
It was nicely wrapped by BBQ King in Subang Jaya.
This latest version has thicker stainless steel grill with a round middle section that can be separated.
The lid and the stainless steel grill can be hung at the sides. How cool is that.
As it was purchased during promotion, we got this nice stainless steel cooking basket and some other stuff for free

Now for the items we had to purchase separately. This rack for grilling chicken. Later you can see how the rack is used.
This basket is also separately purchased. Very handy for shifting and separating the position for the coal. It comes handy when you want to cook with indirect heat. Indirect heat I meant for slower cooking.
This stone pizza platter was also separately purchased.
This stainless steel platter was also separate purchase. Its for grilling vegetables.
We used Weber briquettes. What we found out was due to its small size, it burns fast so we mixed them with other larger charcoal purchased from 99 Speedmart. My kids helped opening the bag. It is an art. There is a specific way to untangle the knots at the opening of the bag.
The chimney starter is also separate purchase. It is a must have for easier coal burning. With this gadget, it takes about 20 minutes to get the coal burning hot. The secret is placing papers at the bottom end of the canister as fuel to burn the coal. As opposed to without the chimney starter, them, it used to take me 45 minutes or longer to get the coal burning hot.

All in all the spread was delicious, considering it was my first t time using this new grill. Once the grill was cleaned, it was beautifully and neatly stored with the cover. This cover was also included as a free gift. Total cost for the Weber Premium Grill and items was about RM4000. The free gifts was about RM500.
