The almost perfect burger

This was dinner yesterday for the family, 2 December 2020. Preheated the oven for 200 degrees celsius. Then toasted the brioche bun laden with lurpak butter and mozzarella slices for 200 degrees celsius for 4 minutes. Slides in the bullseye egg which is watery in the middle and medium cooked pure angus beef patty rubbed with herb butter, salt, pepper and all spice. Topped off with grilled beef strips.

The secret sauce was herb mayonnaise and a tad mustard. If this does not make your day, I do not know what will. Enjoy
