Dr. Brian Banner, an atomic physicist, hated his son, Bruce Banner. He believed that his radiation work had altered his DNA and given him a mutant son. Bruce, inheriting his dad's brilliance, went to work for the US Defence Department nuclear research facility at Desert Base, New Mexico, designing and overseeing the construction of the Gamma Bomb, a nuclear weapon possessing a high gamma radiation output.
During the first underground test detonation of the Gamma Bomb, a civilian, Rick Jones had entered the restricted test area. Banner told his colleague Igor Starsky to delay the countdown while he tried to escort the civilian to safety. Starsky, secretly a Soviet agent, did nothing, confident that Banner would die in the explosion and bring the project to a halt.
Banner reached the civilian and threw him into a protective trench. But before he could get himself to safety, the Gamma Bomb detonated.
Banner was irradiated with highly charged radioactive particles. Due to an unknown genetic factor in his body, Banner was not killed by the intense radiation but transformations into the Hulk when triggered by the release of adrenalin when angry.
The Hulk is a like primitive caveman, all brute force with little intelligence. A real force to be reckoned with.
Below is my humble collection. This is Crazy Toys, I do not much about this company but it is moulded after one of Hulk's Kotobukiya artfx from Japan. Except the colour is much brighter green and slightly less details. Two colossus, I wonder who will win? Come out, come out wherever you are! Theres no hiding from the Unstoppable Juggernaut
