A Fantastic Outing in Sunway Pyramid

This outing was on 6 November 2014.We started by having an early lunch at Nando's. I had noticed that this Nando is rather different in its interior decor. My wife, who is friends with their GM had mention that this is their flagship outlet and that the GM had wanted to make a bold statement. I feel that he had succeed.

Lala Chong Seafood Restaurant

If you are around the old Subang Airport area and have a craving for seafood, then Lala Chong is the place to go. Located at Jalan Cempaka, Kampung Sungai Kayu Ara, 47400 Petaling Jaya. Tel: 03-7845 1250

Western dining restaurants have a delightful entree of food for starters. Well here, this is what you get

Pickled Mango

Salted Fried Peanuts

Salted Nuts

My son, looks like he's having a feast with the nuts

More, More, I need More Nuts. My dad looks on. Thanks Papa for the delightful and scrumptious treat

My Mom, Daughter and Wife enjoying what else, Nuts

La La. Guess where the restaurant got their name from? Very succulent with great tasting oyster sauce

Chinese Fried Rice. Not the best but good nevertheless

Salted Egg Crab. In one word, so brilliant that you tend to keep licking the shell of the crab in the hopes of extracting every bit of flavor

Butter Prawn. Not many places can cook it this well. Most fail

Close up of the butter prawns without the egg pieces

Superb tofu

Fern with Tuna. I usually stay away from vegetables and tuna but this dish is the bomb

Eggs with onions, mushroom and prawns

Most places are stingy with their chili padi. Glad to say, not here

Fried bun

Served with Sweet and Sour Sauce, great

Yikes, my mouth is watering just looking at these pictures
